AI voice usage: Pro AI tier includes 750 AI voice minutes per month. Additional minutes billed at $0.15/min. Usage materially exceeding typical fair-use patterns (e.g., automated robocall-style outbound, sustained volume 5x typical, or use triggering carrier abuse flags) may result in additional charges, throttling, or service review. Field Boss Pro reserves the right to adjust pricing for accounts whose actual usage materially exceeds the fair-use range for their plan, with 30 days notice.
SMS usage: The Boss and Pro AI plans include 4,000 SMS messages per month. Additional messages billed at $0.02/SMS. Customer is responsible for obtaining valid opt-in for all outbound SMS in accordance with TCPA and applicable state/federal regulations.
Ad spend:Advertising spend (Google, Meta, etc.) is funded by Customer and billed directly by the ad platform. Field Boss Pro offers managed advertising services as an add-on — contact us for pricing.
